In his Advising practice he focuses on a hands-on model, helping founders with Product + Growth + GTM Strategy, execution, iteration, finding and expanding PMF, fundraising, hiring etc. Primarily focused on Product-led business models (so Consumer, Marketplace, SMB, and bottoms-up Enterprise B2B). Frequently works with CEOs who are looking to turn traction into growth or generally accelerate (or re-accelerate) growth.
