Jeff Berger

Jeff has spent his career as an entrepreneur, building Internet businesses.

In 2014, he founded Talent Inc., the leading tech-enabled career services marketplace. As CEO, Talent made multiple acquisitions, expanded to new countries, scaled a two-sided marketplace, and helped over 20 million people on their career journey. The company was generating $10M in EBITDA when it was acquired by the private equity firm BV Investment Partners at the end of 2020 (7-16x return for all investors)

Jeff is currently the Head of Portfolio at FJ Labs, an early-stage venture firm/startup studio focused on online marketplaces (and an early investor in Talent). Separate from FJ, Jeff is also the Chairman of the Board at Nature’s Medicines, a vertically integrated cannabis company with $200M in annual sales.
